When “Santa” picked out Logan’s Barbie dolls, I specifically picked the “Beach Fun Summer” doll because I thought she looked just like my sister n law (and future wife…inside joke) Nicki.
I thought I’d wait to mention it to Logan until a while after presents were opened and we had started playing with the dolls ( so that I didn’t give away that I was the one to pick the doll out) I thought I’d just casually observe “Hey, this doll kind of reminds me of Aunt Nicki- dontcha think?”
Would you believe that she came running in with the doll telling me “Hey, she looks like Aunt Nicki?!” before I ever got the chance. She did… she noticed it without a hint.
And she really does look like Nicki (but she isn’t as nice as Nicki)
